Is anyone here considering drowning? Is it very painful?

I think I may have to give up on SN because my stomach problems are too severe

Drowning isn't a great way to go. Unless you get knocked unconscious in water, but you're pretty much struggling to breathe hard.
Peaceful way is overdose or noose. OD with handful of opioids and strong alcohol or mixed with other medication, a peaceful way to go as your breathing gets slower, rather than struggling to breathe, it's just like drifting off. How my bestfriend went and how I almost died if I wasn't found.
Noose will just crack your neck immediately with thicker rope. It's now my uncle went.

Also SI will kick in fast since you most likely will panic with the lack of oxygen

Drowning would be one of my last picks, but I would still do it if I had nothing else. Anything that can kill me is fair game.

I would absolutely hate it though. I feel like not being able to breathe would be worse than any level of pain.
