If so, what are your coping mechanisms?
I'm waiting for a specific week coming up when all my housemates will be on holiday, visiting home etc so I will have the place to myself with no interruptions. So I have a week when I know I'm going ctb.
It's like waiting around for an exam or to start a new job. Just this feeling of dread. I can't focus on anything and I keep getting these desperate moments when I think screw it - go to the cliffs and get it over with now.
