Jumping from a building feels too scary, and there are security guards; I feel so hopeless.

I think, drowning should be rather easy in case if you remove a lot of oxygen from your bloodstream via gas asphyxiation beforehand (which can be done by inhaling some oxygen-free gas from an air duster or a balloon)Though it's definitely not an easy method to carry out and the fight for survival would be extremely intense, I feel the only way I'd actually die with this method is if I made it impossible for me to fight back, taking a ton of sedatives, and tying weights to me. I am accepting that drowning would be a very difficult and most likely painful and slow.
considering this too. although i'm worried about blacking out and saving myself/lifting my head out of the water. i'd tie my arms and legs though.I thought about taking some sleeping pills and alcohol and taking a bath to drown like Whitney Houston. I'd fall asleep in the and not be conscious while I'm drowning. Otherwise not really because drowning is extremely painful.
Sleeping pills and alcohol are depressants and therefore cause sedation and loss of motor function there's a good chance if you blackout you would lose the ability to save yourself. At that point you could only be saved if someone finds you.considering this too. although i'm worried about blacking out and saving myself/lifting my head out of the water. i'd tie my arms and legs though.

You most likely won't wake up because you technically would blackout instead of actually falling asleep.ģ ģģ§ė ģ“ėģ?

Fuck no to be frank. Probably one of the worse ways to go.Jumping from a building feels too scary, and there are security guards; I feel so hopeless.

I have trazadone and hydroxyzine too, they're both considered sedatives so I think they should work.problem is i'll be using benzostbf i do also have hydroxyzine, quetiapine, and trazodone but idk if they'd be suitable for this
Sleeping pills and alcohol make you fall asleep, but they don't make you lose consciousness, right? If you go in while you're asleep, wouldn't you wake up?You most likely won't wake up because you technically would blackout instead of actually falling asleep.
I appreciate your suggestion, I have wondered about ways I could make it easier to pull off. That seems like a good way to go about it. Thank you.I think, drowning should be rather easy in case if you remove a lot of oxygen from your bloodstream via gas asphyxiation beforehand (which can be done by inhaling some oxygen-free gas from an air duster or a balloon)

When you're submerged, you can't restore the normal blood oxygen saturation by inhaling air, so waking up would be unlikely.
When combined they make you BLACKOUT/PASS OUT but also fall asleep, two very different things. So waking up would be much harder. Your motor skills would also be depleted due to the sedative effects. Meaning the instinct to keep your chin above water disappears.Sleeping pills and alcohol make you fall asleep, but they don't make you lose consciousness, right? If you go in while you're asleep, wouldn't you wake up?
Was death desirable or undesirable potential result of drowning for you back then? If it was undesirable, then experiencing some panic due to apparent threat of death seems quite logical.i've drowned twice, when when i was a kid and when i tried to save a friend. legit one of the most horrifying things ever
