Sorry if that's a dumb question, I just see everyone saying they recommend far less, but I only found tablets of 800mg each

No, from the few protocols i have read, and stans guide, is not much, i have a bunch of acetaminophen forte laying around, which are usually higher dosages, typically 1g.
