Discussion Is 10mg of Meto good enough for the SN method?

Hi there! I was wondering if 10mg will be enough. I don't know if i can get more but maybe I could try I just don't know if it's enough. Also does it expire? How long does meto last? Thank you.

Apparently it's 5mg but i have a lot of tablets.

I have been wondering this myself I finally acquired meto and its 10mg each, can I take 3 and it = 30mg?

30mg is the stat dose I believe?

Yeah, it's fine (also to take 3x10mg as stat dose). Some people don't take any. Whereas others can't procure it or don't tolerate the side effects, which can be quite severe. So, in general testing a small dose of 5 or 10mg beforehand is recommended. Meto should be okay for a few years and a lot of meds in tablet last beyond expiration date.
