Personally, I think the SN would be alot quicker, less painful and more reliable than the iron tablets. SN is not my first choice personally but given the choice of iron vs SN? I'd go with SN.

There's a chance that anything (vitamins, supplement, caffeine etc) could kill u in high enough doses- doesn't make it a good way to go thou- there was atleast two cases of people dying from excess consumption of carrot juice! You'd end up an Oompa Loompa rather than a smurf :/

Taking days to die with iron OD is not appetizing.
Yes, but it takes a long time to die, and is a miserable way to go.

I've been trying to slowly OD by putting on multiple iron patches, and binge drinking. Sadly don't have access to patches now. Kind of long story. I heard drinking increases iron overload. Though I also heard it causes anemia? Does anyone know if drinking will more likely increase with patch as bypasses the digestive system?
awful mental effects, but cigarettes help for some reason. Neuroprotective. I notice a difference. Sadly I'm out, and it's psychological torture. Not as bad as when I tried to get refeeding syndrome, but bad

The only iron overdose I would recommend is this one, dropped onto your head from several stories above
It's already fairly well-established how peaceful SN is, if you read the relevant resources. And I can tell you, it's a lot more peaceful and successful than iron overdose.
