Ok, I have made a few purchases to improve my sleep quality, bought a 1000 spring silent night mattress very nice and a new alarm clock but now it's time to go to the next level.
So this is my routine tonight and for the next week if it works I will extend it for 2 weeks.
1, 22.00 stop drinking tea
2, 23.30 switch laptop off
3, 24.00 go to bed
4, 08.00 wake up
5, 09.00 wash and shave
6, 11.00 fresh air and sunshine for 1 hour to store melatonin
I am terrible I was so tired yesterday and kept falling asleep I went into my room and started listening to YouTube for hours but I got up at 09.00.
