Please hear me out! I don't know the particularities of the situations that you are in. I want you to know that your not alone. My ex killed himself two days ago and he got information on this forum on how to do it. I'm very sad for what has happened and I wish that I would have been there and done more.
I didn't come here on this forum to talk about his death but to talk about autoimmune disorders and inflammation in the brain. Which is what I suspect he had.
Has anyone here heard about that inflammation can be the cause of depression, bi polar and schizophrenia? Scientist are starting to understand that long term inflammation in your body cause all sorts of the major deceases.
I think that people should have the right to decide for themself whether they want to live. I think also that we are responsible to take care of ourselves to the means we can.
I want to tell you guys a bit about how you can reduce inflammation if somebody wants to give that a try.
Don't be still, get your heart rate up by doing some sort of exercise. Good to start 3 times a week for 40 min. Our bodies has not evolved to be still. Exercise reduces inflammation! But it will take a couple of months before you will feel the difference.
Cut back on all sugars. Sugar is a big cause of inflammation. Read the labels on everything you buy. Don't eat/drink anything above like 7 grams sugar per 100 grams.
There is also this trend diet going on online that got popularized by Jordan peterson. Basically you eat only read meat, salt and water. Lots and lots of people are testifying that this "lion diet" has helped them immensely with depression and other autoimmune deceases. Try eating only meat for like two months to see what happens! There are a lot of other methods and foods that seems to reduce inflammation. I would encourage all of you to give it a try and read more about inflammation and about anti-inflammatory options!
My heart goes out to everyone in a dark place
