Help inexpensive methods?

I truly wanted to CTB with inert gas or SN but both options require so much prep. Im trying to avoid just taking my old prescription medicine but last time I OD'd I was left unable to walk for a week and I also know the side effects of the medication I have will be extremely painful.

I want so badly to find a peaceful method that I can actually afford.
