Venting In the dark

Ifykyk. Feel like I may experience this. Maybe it's just my paranoia, but I've noticed a difference. Discomfort I haven't noticed before. Im scared. This is going to make how I feel worse, especially if I don't have any control. Ideation has always been heavy , but I can't do this on top of that

It is certainly terrifying how life can get much worse and cause us to suffer more. The unlimited potential for things to go wrong is certainly one of the worst things about living. I do believe that as long as we exist there could never be any peace.
