Help Impulses

Lately my impulses have been getting a more physical feeling a long with it normally my mind is obstructed but now i get a terrible sick feeling in my stomach and i laugh for no reason the reason why i know it's an impuls is because i quickly think up a way to ctb right away do any of you know what's going on or rather do any of you know how to calm it down?

antidepressant shots? or it can be anxiety that affects your stomach. Maybe a relaxing one.
