I want a mini dnd game, no rule book or things, just create a character, come up with a backstory (depth is up to you) and then use this rng
https://www.random.org/ using numbers between 1 and 20 and do this 4 times, no re-rolls.
Then you may distribute the sum of these points among 4 skills.
Strength (melee damage and ability to lift heavy objects)
accuracy (ranged damage and using higher skilled ranged weapons)
intelligence (magic and stealth, persuasion)
and defence (base defence and ability to equip heavier armour)
Example , I rolled 9, 5, 3, 5
So I have 22 points to distribute .
I choose strength 5 defence 5 intelligence 6 and accuracy 6
I have a vague idea for a campaign but I'm winging it, it's cool to add class, race and gender, but this is simply backstory for the character and will have no affect on the game as is.
