Not to be that kind of person but if subliminals would work, especially like that, don't u think that doctors could just cure cancer/basically everything else by showing you a YouTube video? Or like why not just watch one that makes you happy and not wanting to die?

Cancer of the brain, like other malignancies, is a protracted and torturous ordeal.

Yes, I've heard of them. I listen to them every night actually - though for the opposite effect. I want to try and change certain thought processes that were molded into me from a young age (trauma, fear, humiliation… etc.)

Subliminal's do work or else they wouldn't be banned from advertisements. I do think there are limitations to what they can do though, so you have to be realistic - but they are a great tool to have to be able to help kickstart your goals.

Repetition is key.

Can't say I recommend those negative affirmations though…even if they do work, you'd be putting yourself through unnecessary amounts of pain which would be even more scary imo than the tamer methods like SN.

I am very familiar with those. Tho, there is no proof whatsoever that they work and even if they did, your body is 'build' to stay alive. It won't just start decaying as it knows it's purpose is to live and work as intended

Oh god this brings me back. I used to watch these on YouTube as a teenager Honestly I doubt they work otherwise its use would be widespread. I'm sorry that you're in a point of your life where you feel the need to use it
