Only thing keeping me together is gone, I tried getting more but got shit quality stuff that does absolutely nothing for me and I'm officially having a total breakdown lol. I fucking hate being scammed and if I don't get proper meds by the end of the month fuck everything I'm ctbing. Drugs are my only support system and they decided to fuck me over yet again lol I hate my fucking brain that can't make any dopamine by itself like a stupid bitch

I just got them today but they're shittier than before and I didnt feel anything. Was supposed to last me till that doctor appointment by the end of the month. I gotta do annoying shit just to get them because I got no contacts so that's why the breakdown :( I'm stuck with this shit for a month and my chores are already piled up but I got no energy or motivation to deal with them like before
