I like to keep things simple.
So my method is train.
If I can not overcome SI I may turn to SN or partial again.
I feel your pain. I've had a really bad day to, got the news i didnt want to hear and after that the day has been pretty rough

I'm sorry you have to go through that, I've been feeling the same way. I cant concentrate on anything and I find myself wanting to attempt everyday. I know I have to wait since I haven't throughly planned out my attempt enough. It's painful. I'm so tired.
