I've had increasing anhedonia over the past couple years. Before I could spend all day playing video games, learning guitar, reading, exercising, watching movies and TV, studying or researching careers, but...
...Now I sleep 12 hours a day and spend most of the day staring at the wall / ceiling. Anything I try to do gets boring after a few minutes. Not sure what to do. Anyone know of a remedy- medicinal or behavioral?
Also alcohol, weed, and/or drugs help pass the time, but it's not a sustainable habit. Anything routine becomes boring. If everything in the universe was the color blue then there would be no such thing as blue.
