Do you mean simple, or peaceful? Both?
Most of the methods require some sort of prep, whether it's acquisition of materials or a fasting/medication regimen. It really depends on your living situation and financial ability.

It is not easy. There is the survival instinct and a chance that methods could fail. If it was easier, I would have been gone years ago. We all deserve an option of a peaceful way out, it isn't as if any of us asked to be here in the first place. I understand how you feel. I just want to sleep for eternity.

I don't find it easy even though I have a variety methods available.
