I don't deserve to be alive. I don't deserve to be taking up space that others should be taking up and not me.

I'm genuinely a burden it's not the depression talking it's facts.

I don't even think I should be blaming my abusers for this, although I'm aware that they're the reason why I'm like this I should blame myself.

I feel like I upset everyone, everyone gets angry with me, I'm just here for what? I don't belong here.

I understand what you're talking about.... But please, don't blame yourself......
I don't know your story but you mentioned abusers.
And you know damn well it's on them. If you ever need to talk, I'll be here
