I don't understand what's happening but I'm genuinely loosing it. I mean it litterlay. I wouldn't say loosing touch with reality yet, just similar to that. I'm sorry if this post makes no sense because I've been feeling so confused for no reason.

I am not high, I stopped taking anything for a very long time since it wasn't something for me and just made my dissociation worse. (It wasn't illegal heavy stuff anyway!) That's why I threw it out.

I don't even remember how long this has been for but I'm semi confused. It's not very confused that I can't talk or something but almost that. I can't focus almost at all. I struggle writing things and watching videos because it's so hard for me to focus and understand. It feels like I'm half asleep or something. The only way this weird feeling sensation goes away is when I sleep or close my eyes. I feel so odd. My dissociating is getting worse I feel like. I genuinely cannot relax.

Please help me. I don't know what this is or what I should do. I do have chronic dissociation, yes, but it never was like this and I 90% could ignore it and go on with my life. Even those 10% weren't like THIS. I can't even text people because of this

Cling onto anything you can, preferrably try to write down any concrete thought on paper. Not sure if that will help, but felt like writing out since i knew someone with similar issues and kinda willing to help out.

Maybe certain hobbies such as writing or making art could potentially help with this as well. Maybe listening to music while doing tasks, or other ways could stimulation, could potentially help as well. Just a possibility <3.

Aww thank you!! This makes me feel a bit better!<3 yeah the most helping me at the moment is drawing / art. It's not doing a lot but helps atleast a bit, I suppose. Music usually unfortunately triggers me because it reminds me of some people or events or whatever, even though I love music.
