I'm having a good day (without sadness, without feeling fussy, lethargic, etc). I believe I'm in my manic period where I feel like a hero( daydreaming 
), a man full of beans with a great desire to live. But the rest of the week or day I feel empty, lethargic, hopeless wanting to kill and harm myself with pesticide or rope. I don't have any idea who I am (I mean this mixture of feelings).
