Im doing the SN method, i didnt eat for 14 hours, didnt drink for 4 hours, im taking meto for 3 days already and now i took 3 pills, i wish i could do last fun final meal before finishing it, i feel so sad for the people around me, i sit with my dog that love me a lot i hope she wont be traumatized.
im going to prepare the sn glasses soon, 25 g in 50 ml water, also i will take before ginger pills hopfully they help me not to throw up and antacid .
i will be happy to talk to somone if you want to send me a message, i feel very afraid sorry for what im doing and sad.
is 30 mg meto enought?
i also took 2g clonzepam to relax
