I have been dealing with severe medical neglect at the hands of those caring for me, I don't have a way out. I'm in a lot of pain and I want to go out on my own terms. Just don't know how. I'm not sure how many methods I could execute on my own as i'm extremely weak at this point, so ig i'm here for help. I hate that things have to end this way but I feel ready, I just wanna be at peace now.
