Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I personally would be hesitant to carry out an attempt while constipated. You want your GI tract running as normal as possible. I think chances of nausea/vomiting increase. I know that peristalsis slows down while constipated, but I couldn't really tell you if it slows down the crucial step of SN leaving the stomach and entering the small intestines enough to interfere with an attempt.
This may seem minor but it's a variable that can be controlled so worth looking into OTC stool softeners/laxatives imo.

Yea pretty much. A big reason that metoclopramide is the recommended antiemetic is that in addition to being a D2 antagonist, it also increases GI motility which can lead to faster absorption.

What are your thoughts on domperidone as an antiemetic? Meto possibly causing TD side effects turns me off, not to mention crossing the blood brain barrier.

I wasn't super familiar with it because I'm US based, but from what I can tell it does the important things of 1) dopamine antagonist and 2) increase GI motility. Interesting that it doesn't cross blood brain barrier. Seems good.

Maybe availability? I haven't really heard of it before because it's banned in the US. It definitely seems on same level of effectiveness as meto due to the GI action. Best of luck to you

Holy shit there is no hope, just want it all to end, last time I pooped was few days ago. It's not enough to fast I guess, yeah part of my reason I'd I don't want to wither away
Try to get some Lactulose which is a stool softener. It comes in either a syrup or powder format. I take the syrup format and it mostly works well for me.
If i had the issue, i would purge or at least take any solution or tea that works wonder for that, a few days before. Then start eating soup and light , and then i would start fasting for sn

Alot of it is I have no appetite, ate some ground beef 2 days ago, pizza and a small pie yesterday.
SN should still work no? I need it to works and have no AE, I have no life left in me, but yeah I feel digestion is slow, so then is SN not an option?
I need to force myself to eat which is crazy,I used to eat like a horse, I'm so depressed if I had gun I'd end it. I have SN wanting to just chug it, insomnia. And no food just killing me slowly
This is doable but I have no AEs, but my body is a mess right now, constipated can't eat, only sleep 4 5 hrs out of 24, I'm doomed, pls so just stomach clear is ok?
Antiemetic greatly increases your chances of having success. It's difficult to say how constipation will affect your attempt. I'm so sorry you're going through this, it sounds like you're really suffering. If it were me, I'd take a step back and focus on getting rid of the constipation and hunting down an antiemetic, but you have to do what is best for you.
