Help I’m at a loss

I really don't want to be here anymore, but the pain and discomfort from attempting suicide and the very real possibility of becoming a vegetable is also keeping me here. Every time I think I'm at my lowest life somehow gets even worse. I cannot remember the last time I felt joy. Does anyone know a painless and effective way to end my suffering. Thank you!
Side note: I've tried hanging and overdosing on adderall. Obviously it didn't work.

I really understand just wanting to be free from it all, all I personally hope for is to never suffer ever again, I wish there's the option to just simply cease existing in peace with no more pain, no more suffering, I'd also fear trying to die going wrong and it's just so horrific to me how such can happen, I see so much cruelty in how I cannot just have a guaranteed death like falling into an eternal, dreamless sleep. It's terrifying to me how there is no limit as to how much a human can suffer in this existence that is so cruel and torturous to me, I hope you find the peace you search for, I wish you the best.
