Personally... I don't really know. I think it would depend on how I die. Here are some of the songs I'd consider...

The Day I Tried To Live (Soundgarden)
Join Me In Death (HIM)
Comfortably Numb (Pink Floyd)
Farewell (Avantasia)
Twisted Mind (Avantasia)
Alone In The Dark (Testament)
Objects In The Rear View Mirror May Appear Closer Than They Are (Meat Loaf)

Ngl, I don't know. I don't think I'd be in the mood to listen to music. I'd hope to be as numb as possible. Music makes you feel emotional.

God theres so many songs that would be fitting for me. I put different ones in another thread a while ago but the way this one ends is how i'd like to go out (i think id prefer to go out with a bang than with something sad)

Before I die I would listen to this because with no lyrics I can stop overthinking and feel at peace. It's from spongebob which I love so it's very nostalgic.

A Fond Farewell by Elliott Smith.

"This is not my life
It's just a fond farewell to a friend
It's not what I'm like
It's just a fond farewell to a friend
Who couldn't get things right
A fond farewell to a friend"

I'll probably listen to a few radiohead songs and random songs from the playlist my ex made for me.
