Just looked back on my medical files. Apparently my heart rate is 135 at resting and I remember when I was at my doctors not for my heart they had to send me to the ER because my heart rate was so fast but I wasnt even doing any movement, just still. Would this be a problem if I did SN? For example if I fail would this put me at risk for a stroke?

SN is supposed to increase your heart rate as well, so maybe a heart attack? That would be optimal, wouldn't it?

You could take some propranolol (b blockers) to reduce your heartbeat. (It doesn't directly does it, but it blocks insufficient oxygen signal to your brain, so that your brain doesn't tell your heart to pump more blood faster)
