Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you had Stage IV cancer, what would you do?

I would decline treatment and apply to Pegasos Assisted Dying Association. And if I couldn't do that I would somehow try to die by an overdose of IV morphine.

I would like to do that too. Watch all my favourite movies/read my favourite books etc. before I leave this Earth. And of course spend as much time with loved ones as a long goodbye.
This is my dream. Sad to say I would rather have a physical terminal illness than deal with the never-ending trajectory of a highly troubled mind. Anyways, I'd buy a nice bath robe and begin the celebration. Binge on movies. Could end up ODing on Honey Buns and Red Bull before the cancer takes me LOL. Take up drinking alcohol and smoking endlessly from a bong again. Oh, and smoke way too many cigarettes.

I don't think any of us knows what we'd do if we were faced with this news. It would be great if we faced a type of cancer that would allow us to binge on chocolate, crisps and alcohol, but sadly, when cancer is terminal, this is rarely the case.

Depends on the cancer...
If it was something deadly enough you could cope with with high doses of morphine -> nothing.
If the pain or way my body would handle it were unbearable -> ctb.
I'd definitely decline any treatments such as chemotherapy.
That'd be a waste of time.

I would refuse treatment and see if I'll be eligible for any kind of assisted dying when the time comes. I wouldn't want to go through the whole ordeal of surviving and recovering from another life threatening illness, even if it was possible. Perhaps the finality of it would give me the motivation to do something good with my last days.
I would choose to not go through with treatment though I know this would cause a lot of stress and pressure on me by my family. I don't quite know what cancer is like but I can imagine it's not pleasant at all - but how could I refuse the opportunity to die without me having to directly cause it?
I'd refuse treatment and get back into drugs and ride it out, as comfortably as possible. I'd try to acquire a bunch of H or fentanyl first thing, but save it. Then if things got really bad, like before my mom died of cancer that spread to her brain and she started losing bladder and bowel functions (among other things), I'd then OD on my hidden stash.

Thanks. The worst part is that she was really scared of dying and didn't want to go. Every time the hospice care would come to the house and start taking her blood pressure and all that stuff, she's just break down crying. It was really hard to watch. It's so infuriating too, like, people who want to live get their life cut short, then people who want to die have the hardest time dying. What a cruel world, for both sides.

Jokes aside, I'd probably travel as much as I can before I die and try all the dangerous stuff I've always wanted to do. Pet tigers, try bungee jumping, and so on.
No treatment. I feel like I've been treated enough for a lifetime.
