Reminds me of the time I "practiced" drinking SN with table salt not knowing it can be deadly in Large doses. My dumbass weighed up 25 grams and drank about half through a straw and had violent shits for 3 days on top of loads of other bad side effects

Never do it with regular salt. Personally self would only use Himalayan sea salt.

I don't know, I like this forum because it gives a platform for people to discuss a taboo and vulnerable topic. It makes some people feel less alone. It's stupid how suicide is an immediate trigger word for many. I guess it's a "figure-it-out-if-and-when-it-happens" scenario because I have no ideas atm.
