if someone took fentanyl/heroin and placed their head in a good noose, it would be 99% guaranteed death,
if the noose and the anchor point is set up well enough.
i think in the case of using hard drugs, even with a partial hanging it would be 99%.
if it's a person who never took the drug before, then it wouldn't take much to make yourself pass out on it.
so hypothetically, you would just put your head in the noose, and then intentionally OD.
if the anchor point is strong enough and the rope set up right, then how would that NOT work?
