If N will be seized by customs in the United States, what punishment threatens, there are 12 grams of pentobarbital. Does it depend on the state? Can someone provide a link to the law?

Penalty will be at least 1 million dollars and prison max 20 years.
I found that pentobarbital is in Schedule II controls substances link

I promise you that this would never happen. At the absolute worst, they seize it and they send someone to talk to you, even the latter scenario is incredibly unlikely. The DEA or any federal government do not have the resources, manpower, or even the desire to send anyone to investigate, arrest, and prosecute someone for literally 1 or 2 bottles. For one, they cannot prove you ordered it, anyone can mail anything to anyone. The PPeH has only a few reported examples of people being charged, and it was all in Australia. Most faced small fines and no conviction though. The other examples were police seizing bottles in France and Spain.
