I mean what i should do with them i crush them? I would literally risk it without doing a test on SN but it states it is 99% pure SN and it is sealed well in the plastic package..

i dont think you need to completely avoid water if you're taking the other meds to follow the regimen, a small sip isn't gonna ruin anything, and imo you don't have to be restricting water so much until you're closer to taking the SN, at least 4h as that's the average amount of time it takes for your stomach to empty, if you're like me and got any delayed gastric emptying tho then waiting a bit longer may be helpful, but liquid usually passes through the stomach quite easilySimilar threads
