If I order SN to ctb, I have to pick it up from a post-office to avoid mum's suspicion. If i don't fast before, will it still work?

I am severely depressed and also have generalized anxiety disorder. I don't think I can go on much longer. Everything is so mentally painful. I also think I have BPD, as I am emotionally unstable and suffer from frequent suicidal ideation. I think ctb will solve all my problems. I don't think there will be an afterlife, so I'm not scared of killing myself. If I don't fast 24hr before taking the SN and anti-emetic, will it still work? Plz, I feel so desperate.

everyone's body is different and likely not even a doctor could tell you without running some tests. these extra steps are to make the process quicker and a bit more effective but in theory all you need is high purity sn. dont start 5th thread asking the same question, use the search engine and look up what people wrote before as all this has been asked many times already.
