Venting if i had a gun this would've been over a long time ago

My family owns several semi automatic pistols and I could steal one anytime yet I don't even consider it because it might ruin their love of guns or traumatize them more because a personal possession was involved in my death.

If I get really desperate I might just say fuck it and steal one but for now I'm going to be honorable and do it in my own improvised way.
