Help If I can't make myself faint by applying pressure on my carotids, is it possible to succeed in partial hanging? How do I succeed?

I've had one almost successful instance, but other than that, I have never gotten myself to faint and I have failed to replicate it
When I press, my vision dims, and then it goes back to normal soon after, either that or I just have my vision become woozy until I let go of my carotids
In the one time where I almost got it my body gave out and I stopped
