Don't be so hard on yourself ctb is fucking very hard if it was easy everybody at least who are on here would've done it already but it's not that simple it already takes a good deal of courage to make that decision for yourself in the first place.

Good luck on your attempt, but in case it fails for any reason, do keep in mind that some things take time. It's ok if you aren't ready yet. It's ok if you need a bit more time. The death of oneself is not something to be rushed; it is preferable to arrange everything as perfectly as possible at one's final exit. Don't be too hard on yourself.

Youre right bro, the thing is that every time im ready to do it my brain tells me "but you should wait until this and this since it might help you and you would then fell better (might!!! Help you might!!!)" And thats how its been for years, man i have ptsd from a period last year where i lived post mdma overdose where i was in baisicially hell, no other way to.describe it, and when i was younger and i.sufferd from very severe mental illness, i had so many times of extreme suffering in my life that i just want to delete the trauma of it.
