Help If anyone else has taken Haldol, what would be most similar in your opinion

I miss taking Haldol, but the sides got a little bad so they took me off of it, but in comparison to now, it chilled me out quite a bit. Not like seroquel though, that drug is terrible... at least for me. Then again 600mg is pretty strong. I do every now and then take one, but the IM shot is much better since I don't always remember to take my meds.
