youre doing something; cleaning; working on a project. then you get overwhelmed and need to put it down "for a bit".
for some people that means
- i need to go meditate for a couple mins
- im gonna go for a walk
- ill keep it out of my mind for 24hrs, relax then pick it back up
but not me. ill sit on something for weeks....months in some/a lot of cases...
im so overwhelmed...stressed out.... i cant/dont do anything....
theres the initial AHHH OMG!!, ill put it down and try to breath, but any time i try to pick it up again my chest feels heavy, not like theres an elephant sitting on my chest, but in my chest on top of my heart. and my head instantly turns into a dark cloudy rain storm.
so im wondering if anyone has any ideas or maybe at least relates....
