Does anybody know how to relax enough so SI doesn't take over at the last moment? My preference is partial (though considering full), but when I have practised, I could really feel the SI start to take over. I want to just let go, but I can't unless I drown out the SI in my head..

i've (kinda) accepted that i'll always feel it. even if i was od'ing, i'd prob still feel it while taking the drugs, knowing i was abt to die.
unsurprisingly, (kinda) acceptance isn't workingmy method has to be falling, & the SI's like a physical barrier i can't get past. thinking of taking 2 bottles of OTC sleeping pills i have beforehand, & sitting backwards on the ledge so my body will slump off when i lose consciousness. but that's a big gamble ://
