Last time I reached 5.5 stone before hospitalisation. Off some meds to loose weight but it's going very slow despite eating 300 calories and walk 8 miles a day.
Why would you love it? The one benefit of starvation as a method is that it requires no materials. I dislike it as a method because it's painful and drawn-out.
I have only had water, or a diluting juice. Strange thing is I feel ok, i think. Just a heady spaced out feeling and weakness when trying to move at all. It's not nice but im 200 pounds of man so I wont ne starving anytime soon. It's also not an active attempt just a cause of circumstance

I do not think that I would ever be able to ctb that way, it sounds like a horrible way to go. I would rather the dying process be over quickly. I do understand being desperate and having no other options though. I wish we lived in a world where we could just exit peacefully at a time of our own choosing, people should not have to resort to such awful methods to end their suffering.
refusing food and liquid is very common in nursing homes. People who choose to do it may already have health issues, though, which shortens the time until death.
About if you can do it, It depends on how old you are and whether you can find someone, if you're over 18, to sign a power of attorney document which gives them the power to make all kinds of decisions for you, including sticking up for your sanity. If you're under 18 legally in the US adults in several roles can stop you.

You have to stop eating AND drinking. Those few sips a day, particularly of sugary juice can add days to your life every time you drink. Quitting food alone won't do it.
