I have Dyspraxia which means I have bad coordination and I cant tie knots properly and my stomach means I can't do SN but I can try that method

Can you open packages and drink fluids? SN with anti-emetics could be an option. Otherwise there is jumping. If you have bad hand coordination most methods will be out of reach. You don't want to botch an attempt.

I sometimes struggle with packaging.
Fluids is fine but I have constant sore throat from acid reflux.
I have thought about jumping off Beachy Head but I live in the South West.
Already botched some.

There should be the option of euthanasia, people should not have to struggle with methods like this, but instead the society tries to force us to live. No matter what happens, I wish you the best. I hope you find peace.
