I took a shit ton of adderal, with some expired opioids while i was drunk off my ass, that was 3ish years ago, ever since then i have fully believed im a walking corpse, genuinely i wish i died then, I figured my autism doesnt help, i dont feel real, i havent in years, i think about it often, i dont think i can feel anything anymore, i want to die so i can feel something. I think i developed npd and i hate myself haha

Feeling the exact same, had a really shitty attempt at 17 and nothing has improved at all, hope your situation can improve
