i wish i was a dog

I wish I was a dog. Even if I was a stray, I would get picked up by the dog catcher. Get taken to a shelter. In a defined period of time, I would either get painlessly euthanized, or adopted and have everything taken care of for me. I would get affection, food and water, toys, a home, medical care, and eventually painlessly euthanized once aging made life hard. Oh I wish I was a dog.

Anything other than humans is a good life. All other living beings can choose their death and no one will prevent them.They dont have depressions, hectic work life. They just wake up, eat and sleep and dies when the time comes.

i wish the same but as a cat, sleeping all day and getting everything i need, they seem so peaceful when they sleep. and then getting euthanized with pentobarbital when my life is nearing its end, animals get to die without suffering unlike us humans who have to endure years of pain before we can finally achieve peace.

Me too. A dog or cat in a loving home would be an amazing life. My previous dog lived to 16 and she got to try so many foods, travel and was dearly loved by my whole family, she was quickly and painless euthanized at vet so she didn't suffer. My current dog gets lots of love and attention....lol I feel silly being envious of a dog but they really have good lives.
