Gotta love having a new psychiatrist who can't be asked to actually read your medical history :D
I might have to make some adjustments on account of i the medication being slow release, but I actually got given a higher dose than before!
I've also been told I'm no longer getting any psychotherapy at all and that they won't consider actual medication for my main mental illness for at least another 6 months*, so my only other way out of this hell (i.e. recovery) is no longer accessible.
The stars are aligning - I truly feel that this is a sign that I am on the right path with this. It lines up so well.
I've got some shit to sort out first, but my end is nigh :)
*I refuse to take antipsychotics. They can fuck right off with that bs.
