I don't think alcohol is gonna do it. it's way too short-acting, If you anything like me you gonna wake up after about 4 hours when the effect goes away, and it'll be really bad to your body (besides the addition potential). Benzos would have a similar effect and are longer lasting but you don't wanna use them everyday. Seriously, the withdrawal from benzos is worse than any other drug, including heroin. I can't stress that enough, it's not worth it. Maybe you could try some non-addicting sleep aid like trazodone? But I don't know what consequences of using it like that would be. Really, I'm not sure if what you're looking for is really attainable, at least not without really serious consequences that will offset the benefits. I think you should try to approach your problem in another way. Is there nothing you can do to be less bored?
