Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hi everyone,

I've decided I think hanging is my method.

I'm thinking of using my loft hatch? I've tied two ropes one with a hangman's noose and one with a slip not, I don't think the one with the noose is going to work, it's very awkward with the loft hatch for full suspension so I think it has to be partial, thing is I tried last night by kneeling and I bottled it, my SI kicked in, maybe I need to get really drunk?

I have found my carotid arteries but no matter where I put the rope it feels like me head is swelling as if I'm compressing my jugulars rather than my carotid? I've also read that you can put socks there to increase the pressure on the arteries to assist?

I can't decide whether to undo the rope and find a tree late tonight and try full suspension?

Hi! It seems like you have studied your method of choice thoroughly. This will always be an option for you. If you can postpone it, please have a look at this e-book: https://qprinstitute.com/pdfs/Forever_Decision.pdf

It may help you see things differently before you take any irreversible action.

Also, please feel free to message me or to share your pain with us in the forum. I won't judge - will just do my best to understand.

Kind regards and love

If you're having a hard time with your chosen method then you may want to take some time to think about why you chose it and whether another method might not be both more accessible and less distressing.
