I want to ctb. I know and am sure this is what I want . No matter how I try to heal it just doesn't happen for me.

But I don't have much means to do it. I am a type 1 diabetic and have thought I using alcohol along with high doses of insulin. Would this work? Only other option is a fast train. Someone I know recently did this and succeeded

You should first ask yourself what do you prioritize in ctb.

-Accessibility of method
-Length of process
-Amount of pain
-aesthetic component

Train is widely discouraged as a method, due to high risk of failure.
you should check LD50 for high amounts of insulin, and interactions with alcohol.

Some articles of both issues, but I don't think that method is very common.
