I want to CBT but I have a boyfriend

I dont wanna leave him, I love him so much and the idea of having a future with him is honestly the ultimate fantasy, but thats all it is, a fantasy... We are long distance, we do plan to move in together but theres no solid 100% confirmation that we will be able to do so, especially since he might stop loving me between the years of preparations that would take. I just dont think im worth it and he deserves someone better, whoever that may be.I dont know what to do

You can't kill yourself because you don't even want to give it a try… just keep loving him and he will love you if you'll be lucky enough. You found someone, it's something people on this site would kill for. Be grateful

I think you should try to see how the next couple of months go^^,, ctb can take a lot of time to plan, don't take decisions on impulse. If he loves you, you can try opening up to him about how you feel.
