I will ctb in the next few days and I want someone to document it over Skype. This isn't just about me contributing to this community but also about me not feeling lonely while I ctb. Are there any volunteers?

Definitely consider privacy and what happens if (it probably will be fine but still) it doesn't work.
Maybe film the thing with instructions for someone trustworthy, that's what I'd do, but theres so few who can be so trusted

But maybe you will need some time to know someone to that extent, to the point of being able to be with you and accomplish your final wish.

I agree . Old members . Trust worthy , accompanied and comforted many (on their ctb/goobye and otherwise) -- and can withstand experience

We've tried to discuss the options of documenting things several times in recent months , and it hasn't yielded much , sadly . People were very reluctant .

I hope this will develop. Not for "members will know" or "gather more information" -- it is a comfort for the dying person . There is someone with them . And their death is not in vain .

Very good points, after some thought I think it's more likely the police would take the recording, then the person would either have to physically be there or capturing a stream. So video-chatting with someone would be a lot better, it could be done with encryption and as you said it's unlikely they would follow it up internationally. I'm picturing an app that pairs you with someone you know and trust from here lol, would make it a lot easier but I doubt the app store will host it!
