I definitely feel more comfortable and willing to ctb when I have alcohol. I am definitely planning on having a few bottles of my favorite booze with me when I do it. Obviously, if you're someone who is not used to drinking then it might make it worse. Stabbing yourself would be a painful and unnecessary way to go. Stabbing is not a good way to go. It is painful and highly likely to fail.

You are likely to just end up in hospital for a couple of weeks then sent back out into the world and people will avoid you as they will assume you are a fruitcake. Just my view though.

If you want to be successful with stabbing in any case then you should look into Seppuku. Anyway I think stabbing is a method with low success rates, a lot of pain and it's slow. There are other methods where SI can be easier defeated. I hope you find peace.

I hate how difficult it is to finally be free from this world, it's so cruel to me how we cannot just easily leave in peace, it's like the survival instinct exists just to prolong suffering. But anyway I hope that you eventually find the freedom you search for.
