Im 28 from the uk. I have been suffering with mental health for 8 years now. I have been in and out of hospitals and tried on many occassions to take my own life. Recently ive been ok but deep down i feel numb i dont cry. I dont feel truly alive. I have been on here for a while but not posted. But i thought today was the day i post. Ive been looking at the SN method and for me it sounds like what ive been looking for. After so many failed attempts i know this will work and that makes me feel calm and an ease to know im ready to make my plan. I want it to happen on the 28th August. The only problem i am having is getting what i need. I would love any advive people have as to where i could get what i need for the SN method. Thank you for reading x
